New Customers
To establish an account fill out and fax the Customer Information and Credit Application Form to our ordering department at 1-800-471-3478. A customer service representative will contact you regarding your account status after the paper work has been received. After your account is established you may place an order. If you need an item(s) immediately, you may place an order with a pre-approved credit card.

Purchase Orders
Our minimum order quantity is one dozen (no singles). To expedite your order, please reference product number and color selection when applicable. Pricing
We are pleased to provide our customers with the highest quality products at affordable prices. Pricing is subject to change without notification. However, every effort will be made to inform our customers in advance.

Credit
To establish credit a Customer Information and Credit Application form must be filled out and submitted to our credit department. Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice to customers that have established credit. For your convenience we accept most major credit cards. We DO NOT provide C.O.D. shipments.

Returns
Returns must be authorized in advance by an Algoma Mop Sales Representative. Please note that custom made and private label productions may NOT be returnable. Pre-approved return products will be accepted within thirty days of invoice. Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight and a 20%  restocking fee.

Shipping
Shipments are F.O.B. - Algoma, Wisconsin (pre-paid and added to invoice)
