Eligibility
New customers must fill out and fax the New Customer Request Form to our ordering department at 1-800-471-3478. Once you are set-up as a customer in our system you may place an order. If you need to place an order immediately, you may use a pre-approved credit card.

Purchase Orders
Our minimum order quantity is one dozen (no singles). To expedite your order promptly, please reference product number and color selection when applicable. We would be happy to accept your order by mail, email, fax or by telephoning our account representative at 1-800-216-3478.

Pricing
We are pleased to provide our customers with the highest quality products at affordable prices. Pricing is subject to change without notification. However, every effort will be made to inform our customers in advance.

Credit
To establish credit a Customer Credit Application must be filled out and submitted to our credit department. Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice to customers that have established credit. For your convenience we do accept most major credit cards. We DO NOT provide C.O.D. shipments.

Returns
Returns must be authorized in advance by an Algoma Mop Sales Representative. Please note that custom made and private label productions may NOT be returnable. Pre-approved return products will be accepted within thirty days or invoice. Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight and a 20%  restocking fee.

Shipping
Shipments are F.O.B. - Algoma, Wisconsin (pre-paid and added to invoice)
